The new, improved site for 2012 features high-quality educational resources for primary and secondary pupils aged 4–11 years, all of which are developed with practising teachers and other educational experts and include detailed teacher guidance.

NEW! Stepping into Science (ages 4-7) – To help bring the concepts of scientific investigation to life for Key Stage 1, this new resource for 2012 features a series of step-by step short films with a fun presenter who carries out exciting experiments on the topics of Electricity, Forces and Materials. The films are supported by fully curriculum-linked classroom activities, including activity sheets and photo slideshows.
NEW! InvestiGATE (ages 9-12) – This resource helps prepare pupils for the transition to secondary school Science. Two lively teen presenters look at the ways scientists carry out investigations before planning, carrying out and evaluating their own experiment. InvestiGATE also includes three exciting photo stories to introduce the topics of Electricity, Forces and Materials to upper primary pupils.
