The Education Show 2011 Opens Next Week - 17-19 March

Next week sees the Education Show 2011 opening on Thursday March 17th until Saturday 19 March. The Education Show is the UK’s largest educational resources event. All levels of educator will benefit from seeing over 450 exhibitors with resources covering the breadth of education. Highlights of the show will be the live workshops, seminars and demonstrations covering all levels of education.Workshops on a wide range of topics are being held throughout the days including SEN policy and practice, to workshops on integrating ICT into practice as well as parental engagement seminars. The workshops and live seminars will help give an insight into the latest teaching discussions and programmes in schools. The Education Show is also bringing the STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering and maths) to life with a feature area offering practical ideas for use in the classroom to inspire pupils.

2011 marks the 21st anniversary of the Education Show. It is free to attend and the show is the UK’s largest showcase of educational resources, best practice methods and CPD training. Each year around 15,000 visitors can test, sample and compare thousands of resources, designed to meet a huge range of educational needs. The show takes place from the 17th to 19th March and the vast array of resources, seminars and workshops, product training and demonstrations make this the most useful date in a school’s calendar.
